As a reformed semkor this was the big question for me because I'd seen so many images of a semkors lungs and was well aware of the havoc that the tar and toxins contained in a cigarette causes to healthy lungs and because I'd been a pretty heavy semkor for at least 20 years then I knew that my lungs would be in a pretty bad state. I decide though that if I was prepared to put effort into quitting smoking then what I really wanted to get as quickly as possible was tar free lungs and a fresh start.
